Dr Willis completed his Family Medicine training at Florida Hospital in Winter Park, Florida in 2000. He provides general medical care for all ages at our West location. He love all things technology but most enjoys quality time with his wife and two lovely daughters.
Ayana C. Williams, DDS
Dr. Ayana Williams attended Howard University where she attained both her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees. Dr. Williams has been providing care in the FQHC setting for over five years. In June 2015 Dr. Williams joined the Heart of Florida Health Center Children’s Dental as the Dental Director and provider. In her spare time Dr. Williams enjoys spending time with her family. She enjoys traveling and reading a good book. Dr. Williams also takes pleasure in volunteering and participating in community service activities.
Jadira Irizarry-Padilla, MD
Dr. Irizarry-Padilla completed her training at Hospital Episcopal San Lucas/Ponce School of Medicine Program, Ponce, Puerto Rico. Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She provides Pediatric care at our Belleview location. Dr. Irizarry-Padilla likes dogs (she has 4 dogs; all of them rescued) and loves to spend time with her husband and son.
Yasmin Ramasco, ARNP
Yasmin became a nurse at the early age of 19 and continued on to obtain her Masters degree from South University. Yasmin is passionate about preventative care and improving quality of life and provides Adult Primary care at our Central location. She is married has 2 dogs, 1 cat, and loves coffee and traveling.

Claudia Gonzalez-Matos, MD
Dr. Gonzalez-Matos received her medical degree from the School of Medicine at Universidad Autonoma, Guadalajara, Mexico in 2005 and completed her internship at Hospital del Maestro, Puerto Rico from 2006 to 2007. She joined the Heart of Florida Health Center in September 2015 where she is an Adult Primary Care Physician in our Belleview location. In her off time, she can be found playing volleyball, exercising and playing with her daughter.
Cheryl Seefeldt, ARNP
Cheryl completed her training at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN in 2005. She provides general medical care for adults at our East location. She loves making art, listening to music and cooking in her spare time.
Della Tuten, ARNP
Della completed her training at the University of Florida College of Nursing earning her MSN ARNP in 2006. Della has provided Adult Primary care at our Central location for 10 years. She loves spending time with her family and traveling as much as possible.
Debra Cherry-Lederman, ARNP
Debra completed her Master of Science Degree and Post Masters Nurse Practitioner Program through the University of Oklahoma Graduate College of Nursing at the Health Science Centers in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in 2001. Currently, she provides Adult Primary Care at our East location. She loves being close to her family. and especially enjoys trips with her husband to visit their children and grandchildren.
George Gilbert, MD
Dr. Gilbert attended Medical school on the Island of Montserrat in the British West Indies. Clinical training in Ireland and Residency in Ohio.
Dr. Gilbert is Board Certified in Family Practice Medicine and provides general medical care for all ages at our Dunnellon location. On his time off, he loves relaxing with his wife on their patio and watching the sunset.
Esther Gonzalez, MD
Dr. Gonzalez is a Board Certified Pediatrician who completed her Medical School and Pediatric training in Puerto Rico. She completed her Pediatric Residency in the Children University Hospital in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico in 1981. She provides General Pediatric Care in our Southwest location in Marion Oaks. She has over 17 years of experience in Children Mental Health Services. She is married and very proud of her 3 grown children. Her passion is dancing, listening to music, and writing poetry.
Ma. Teresita Ribay, MD
Dr. Ribay completed her Pediatric Residency Training at the University of Florida Shands Children Hospital in Gainesville, Florida in 1995. She provides general medical care for infants and children at our Central location. She enjoys zumba, going to the beach, and loves spending time with her family.
Libby Marks de Martino, ARNP
Libby obtained her nursing education at Vanderbilt University and the University of Florida. For over 30 years, she has provided advanced nursing practice to children from primary care to tertiary care, and is currently providing Pediatric primary care in our Dunnellon location. Family, farm life, and friends, give Libby a full life adventure.
Regina Rodabaugh, ARNP
Gina Dubois-Rodabaugh received her early education at local college and USF, Orlando, Florida before pursuing MSN for Family practice at USF, Tampa Florida 6 years ago. She provides medical care to all ages at the Belleview Site. She enjoys NASCAR, camping, music, spending time with her family, and especially teaching her son to play the guitar.
Jessie Caudill, ARNP
Jessie became a nurse (LPN) in 2005 from Glen Oaks Community College Centreville Michigan. She continue her education receiving her Associates of Applied Science in Nursing (RN) in 2006 from Glen Oaks Community College. Jessie went on to complete her training at Goshen College in Goshen, Indiana receiving her BSN in 2008 and her MSN FNP-C in 2013. She provides Pediatric Care in our Central location. Jessie enjoys swimming, reading, puzzles, playing video games and spending time with my family, including a yorkie named Bella.
Miguel Nunez, MD
Dr. Nunez completed his medicine study at UNIBE (Universidad Iberoamericana Dominican Republic) in 2005 as a General Practitioner. He provides general medical care for adult and pediatric patients above 4 yrs. of age at our Southwest Marion Oaks location. Dr. Nunez is Puerto Rico Boarded and Florida Board Licensed. He enjoys going to the beach, riding his mountain bike, exercising and spends most of the time with his family.
Thomas Morris, DMD
Dr. Morris is a general dentist with 26 years in the field (UPR 1990). He has abundant experience working with pediatric age patients. He is a Post 9/11 Veteran that served in US Army Field Dental Operations. Dr. Morris lives in Coral Springs, FL with his family and enjoys cycling and running.
Elsa Abrams, DDS
Martha Halsey-Lyda, ARNP
Martha earned her nursing degree at the University of Florida and spent thirty years in clinical practice and research with pediatric endocrinology at UF. In 2006 she received her MSN from Northern Illinois University (Go Huskies!) and served as a family nurse practitioner in metropolitan Chicago, working as both a clinician and a research coordinator for NIH studies. She returned to Gainesville, Florida in 2016, and maintains her passion for serving children and families with Type I diabetes by volunteering at the Florida Diabetes Camp. She is also a trained Stephen Minister.
Maria Colon, LCSW
Maria has an impressive range of background and education. The diversity in her professional career lets her find the best therapeutic direction for each individual patient. Maria started her social work career over fourteen years ago and gained the highest license in the profession as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2014. Maria is a Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida, and a doctoral student at Arizona State University in Behavioral Health Management with a focus on Integrated Care.
