Teresa Mancuso, LCSW Teresa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over six years of experience in the mental health field. Teresa was an elementary school teacher for many years before pivoting to a career in behavioral health. Teresa has experience working
with individuals from childhood to adulthood. As a therapist, her goal is to validate others’ feelings, empower them to make positive changes in their lives, and provide a safe space for them talk about trauma from difficult life experiences.

Teresa is a nonjudgmental therapist who utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to support patients in living their best lives.
