Jennifer Moes, APRN, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Valley State University in 1999 and became a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. She has a passion for caring for children and enjoys building meaningful relationships with both her patients and their families.
Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys shopping, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She is also a proud dog mom to her Yorkie, Gracie.
HFHC received HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
This entity receives HRSA Health Center Program grant funding under 42 U.S.C. § 254b and has been deemed a Public Health Service employee for purposes of certain liability protections, including Federal Tort Claims Act coverage, under 42 U.S.C. § 233(g)-(n).
