Who can get services?
All Heart of Florida patients are eligible for pharmacy services.

 

What about Prescription costs?
We accept most insurances. If you have Medicaid, Medicare, or other insurance, services may be covered but you may have a co-pay or deductible. A sliding scale is available for those who qualify.

 

How do I order refills?
If refills are available, call the number on your bottle and you can request your refills directly from the pharmacy staff.
