Paul Quinn, R.T.(R)(ARRT), began his professional journey in New Jersey, receiving his medical imaging training at St. Michael’s Medical Center in Newark and his specialized ultrasound training at Jersey City Medical Center. In 1990, Paul relocated to Florida to work in the field of radiology for Citrus Memorial Hospital (now HCA Florida Citrus Hospital) in Citrus County, beginning a long-standing career dedicated to the health of Florida residents.
In 2000, Paul transitioned his focus to the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) landscape, where he has spent the last 25 years in leadership. During this time, he served as a Director of Radiology, specializing in the oversight and HRSA-regulated compliance of Independent Diagnostic Testing Facilities (IDTF). Now, as the Director of Radiology for Heart of Florida Health Center, Paul utilizes his extensive experience to ensure that the community has access to high quality, compliant diagnostic care.
Beyond his clinical leadership, Paul is a staunch advocate for the Federally Qualified Health Center mission and a devoted community partner. He has led numerous local outreach initiatives and has served as a board member for the Mid Florida Homeless Coalition. Paul remains committed to providing the highest level of diagnostic excellence with the compassion, integrity, and respect that define the Heart of Florida Health Center experience.
