Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary

Heart of Florida Health Center is hiring a clinical social worker to meet the behavioral health needs of our maternity clinic patients. You'll be part of a coordinated treatment team of nurse practitioners, nurses, case managers, and medical assistants, working together to provide holistic care for patients throughout pregnancy and postpartum. Services are tailored to the individual assessed needs of the patients, but may include psychoeducation, group counseling, individual therapy, and family or couples counseling. You will also be part of a team of licensed clinical social workers who provide integrated care for mental and substance use disorders at all Heart of Florida clinics. Required qualifications: Master's degree in social work from an accredited program and two years of clinical experience. Supervision for licensure is available.

Family Nurse Practitioner or PA

Job Summary

Heart of Florida Health Center continues to grow, and we need staff to support our growth! We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner focused on Family Practice. This position will initially work 3 days per week, 10 hour shifts, at our Dunnellon clinic, with an additional day at our Belleview location. The position will be based 100% in Dunnellon when we have adequate space. Dental Hygienist

Job Summary

$3,000 Sign on Bonus! Heart of Florida offers adult and pediatric dental care at our Central location near downtown Ocala and our new clinic on Silver Springs Boulevard.
