Ashley Shorb, SHRM-CP Ashley Shorb was born and raised in the great state of Florida, moving to Ocala in 1990.

Ashley has over 10 years of experience as an HR Professional and over 20 years of leadership experience, spending most of her career in the financial services and healthcare industries. She attended the University of Florida, as well as Rasmussen College, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources. She is a SHRM certified professional and has served on the board for the local SHRM chapter for seven years and currently sits in the role of Immediate Past-President. Additionally, Ashley serves on the HR Florida State Council as Council Registrar.

Outside of working at Heart of Florida, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family and serves on the worship team of her church with her husband.
