Heart of Florida Health Center Appoints New Chief Medical Officer

Ocala, FL – Heart of Florida Health Center, (HFHC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Dorsey, MD as Chief Medical Officer.

Dr. Dorsey Serves as the Program Director of UCF/HCA’s Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Dorsey received his BS in Microbiology and Molecular Biology from UCF and his MD from St. Georges University. He completed his residency training at University of Florida. He has a passion for Family Medicine from infants to elderly as well as Medical Student and Resident Education. He maintains hospital privileges at Ocala regional medical center and continues to serve as a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy Reserves.
