Ivan CoziahrIvan Coziahr, MBA, is a healthcare executive who has spent his career helping community health organizations grow, improve access to care, and better serve their patients. He brings deep experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers, clinical operations, team development, and performance improvement.

Ivan is known for bringing people together around clear goals, practical solutions, and measurable results. He has led major initiatives in facility expansion, provider recruitment, care model redesign, technology implementation, and organizational growth—all with a focus on strengthening services for the communities his organizations support.

Grounded in integrity, fairness, and service, Ivan combines business insight with a strong commitment to mission-driven healthcare. He holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, is Six Sigma Green Belt certified, has served in board leadership roles, and served in the United States Army.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his 2 grown children, attending sporting events and music concerts, and investing in his community by serving on community and nonprofit boards.
