Department of Health Marion continues to increase vaccine efforts in community. Residents now able to pre-register for vaccine in new state system.

How to register for COVID-19 appointments

Eligible Marion County residents continue to have several ways to register for a future COVID-19 appointment in the community. The below opens groups of appointments periodically; appointments are only available at select locations. Sign-ups are only available online.

Residents also have the option of pre-registering online or via telephone for a COVID-19 vaccination through the state of Florida’s MyVaccine.FL.Gov system. Through signing up in the system, residents are placed in a queue to be proactively contacted once vaccine is available at state-supported vaccination sites.

To pre-register for vaccine in Marion County through the state site, visit https://myvaccine.fl.gov or call the MyVaccine.FL.Gov Marion County phone number: 866-201-6768, (TTY #: 833-476-1519). For questions on registering via MyVaccine.FL.Gov, residents can call 833-540-2070.

Residents who pre-registered with DOH-Marion during its COVID-19 vaccine signups Dec. 28 – Jan. 4 do not need to sign up for vaccine through the new state site. DOH-Marion will continue to contact and schedule these individuals for vaccinations through that sign-up list. Once this effort is complete, the department will begin contacting individuals who registered for a vaccination via the new state system vaccination queue.

If you have an appointment scheduled, please come by yourself if possible. If you need support or the patient is under 18, you may bring no more than one healthy adult with you.

Patients and their guest will be screened at the front door.

HFHC is now offering telehealth appointments for some types of visits. This will allow you to speak with a healthcare provider on a videochat or over the phone. You may schedule with our call center at 352-732-6599.
